Welcome Pilot - Members ! Transload Virtual Airlines has just had a Major Upgrade, not only here, but the Actual Server itself. Please take some time and review this Article and others related to system tools, pilot tools and outside pilot tools. This Web Site is now extremely Advanced in many many ways. There are no Fancy photo generated Carousels here, nor are there any fancy photos plastered all over the place. Speed is one Main Reason, the other is "Function". There are however a Ton of important features that are placed now where they should be, period ! For those who do not understand why there are not more phpvms generated Web Sites around, the answer to that is very simple, its severly "OUTDATED" to this day. And Will NOT run on todays browsers unless said Web Master is very familier with PHP and HTML5, coupled with Bootstrap for looks and function. PHPVMS was created in 2003, and the very last update for PHP Server version of 5.6.xx was in 2015, there are no other updates except this years PHPVMS version 7, which from what I'm hearing is now a charge, and only half of it works the way its suppose to. Onwards, here on this web site, we are currently running a Server Version of PHP , 7.44 with HTML5 and Bootstrap 4.5.6. Incorporated with this Template is a system called Pearl and Ruby Rails now. Along with the mentioned. Thus allowing a clean and fast site for Transload. It has taken your Web Master up to this point to finalize phpvms, along with almost 3 years of trial and error. This Web Site is also SSL Certified, and up until 2 years ago, was NOT needed, however all of the Major Browsers are now requiring it, hands down. Many changes have taken place just in the past 2 years alone, the Good News is simple, we now are ahead of ourselves and are up to date for a very very long time. At present, there are multiple systems throughout this site now, all are in some way shape or form linked together for easy bidding on flights and viewing of flights for information purposes. This obviously was done on purpose. We also now have a new pilot contact form for any route requests. You can also create your own routes now in the Charter OPS system, and the TVM Military system. Charter OPS has no restrictions, the TVM is subject to Admin Approval. There is also now a Auto Generated Cargo OPS system, that updates itself everyday, and will generate new flights all by itself. Currently there are 100 Contracts in there for now. The Charter OPS as mentioned is open to Pilots for creating there own Charters there. Currently on that note, at the moment the Smartcars Charter is open, but we will eventually be shutting the SCC ability to generate a Client Charter from your desktop, its really messing up the finances here, and is no way at all Accurate when the PIREP is filed from you. This is not our members fault, but TFDI's Fault. "The developer". You have 3 different areas of charter flights you yourself can generate, as listed above. There are no duplicates of Aircraft here, and the reason is simple, there is no need for it. One Aircraft with one registration is all phpvms needs. So flying the same aircraft on different routes here is 100% capable ! Any aircraft fleet of over 120, will not only lag the web site for reporting, but in some cases will actually FREEZE and LOCK the site up completely, if this happens, then NO ONE is flying. So do not panic if you see a pilot flying the same aircraft you want to fly, as long as your route is different, then you will be able to obviously bid on it, if NOT, then it sure will let you know that. Schedules, if you want one, then AirMail Jim, your web master. This is a must, as CSV files differ from each other depending on the Software Program you are using. The formats also for the New PHPVMS version we are using is much different the standard CSV format from previous PHPVMS installs. (older installs). This has, and can really mess up the database. So ask, we will be MORE then HAPPY to get your schedule in, usually with 2 hours to. Or create a charter flight in the charter ops system on your own, again as mentioned above. We are not limited to how many flights we can put in here, by any means. But they must be reviewed by the Schedule MGR., first for valid reasons. ACARS client software, there is only one that works here for MSFS2020 at the moment, we are still testing everything else. Smartcars is the only client that will work with MSFS2020 and xPlane. Period. Please review the ACARS Client Article here on this site for more information pertaining to this subject. We have and are still working on some things, re-designed every single Module / System pertaining to this web site, for this "Web Site", one by one. It was painful, but required. Now, we can bid pretty much anywhere we'd like, for example; vFleetTracker system, Ticket Master, and much much more all schedules can be bid on without the painful task of going all the way back to where you started from and trying to remember what flight number it was. We've made it easy for you to bid on flights all over the place here. And as always, if you have any questions, the best way to get an instant response is via our AirMail system now, this also has been completely modified for this web site. NOTE:: AirMail system is inhouse only, not an outside Email System, please use the Pilot Contact Form/Page for contacting us at transloadvirtualairlines@gmail.com . This will be the main email system for this site now, as Mirosoft has put restrictions on Outlook and Hotmail. Hence we will now get your email through Gmail instead of our Server, eliminating Microsofts insane Policy changes. End of that story. Next, Pilots, it is your duty to pay attention to Alerts, and especially this area for Vital Information pertaining to updates, new addons, and much more. Our Event Calendar is now also fully oeprational, we will be posting there also. Along with the inhouse AirMail, Pilot Contact page, and our new site Email, things should go smoothly for all of us. We will be posting rules of flight eventually. As far as Aircraft Substitution, this is NOT allowed, and should never be allowed as each Aircraft is different in some way. Cargo flights must be a cargo Aircraft, PAX must be a PAX Aircraft so forth and so on. FYI, your PIREP will get rejected if its not. On closing, This Web Site is now fully functional / operational, we will be adding more bells and whistles as time goes on here. So enjoy our New Web Site, and it is highly "Recommended " that you take some time to surf this site, as it offers a lot of different things, and is very advanced. So take the time to get to know your new home here, it'll be worth it in the long run. Staff Members, PLEASE Review any Articles here pertaining to you, Pilot Members will not be able to see them, only Staff / Administration can. Specifically for communications between all Staff Members. If you need to get me, poke me an AirMail here, TVM001 Jim. Enjoy and see you all in the Air.
